The masterchef behind the dining experience at Eden Rock, Jean-Georges Vongerichten has led a stellar career in Michelin-starred kitchens. He has opened restaurants from Chicago to Tokyo, written seminal cookery books and presented shows. He is involved in every culinary aspect at Eden Rock - from concept and menus to design and staffing - creating truly exquisite restaurants.
