Our latest addition, Villa La Guettière, is a true architectural gem located just next to the main hotel, designed to offer the utmost privacy, comfort, and Riviera elegance. To ensure maximum convenience, guests also have access to electric golf carts with a chauffeur who can escort them anywhere on the property, including transfers to and from their villa.

Yes, Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc is family-friendly and offers a range of amenities designed for children. Children are welcome to use the swimming pool between 8 am. and 7 pm. They must be accompanied by an adult at all times, with a maximum ratio of two children per adult. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty, so supervision of children remains the responsibility of parents or guardians. For the spa, selected treatments are available for younger guests when accompanied by an adult. General access to the spa is reserved for guests aged 16 and over.

For stays during high season, cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date will result in a full refund of the deposit, minus a €200 cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the stay will be retained as a cancellation indemnity. For stays during low season, cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival will result in a refund of the 50% deposit, minus a €200 cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before arrival, the 50% deposit will be retained. For one-night stays, the full deposit will be retained as a cancellation indemnity. In case of any modification, reduction in the number of booked nights, no-show, late arrival, or early departure within the applicable cancellation period, a penalty equal to the price of the originally confirmed and cancelled nights will be charged and invoiced. All cancellations must be communicated to the Reservations Department at reservations.hdcer@oetkerhotels.com.
