Villa La Guettière

Destination
Nestled in the heart of Cap d’Antibes, Villa La Guettière captures the timeless elegance of the French Riviera. Perfectly poised between Cannes and Nice, it offers sweeping views of the Mediterranean and the region’s lush hillsides. Bathed in sunlight, the villa’s graceful architecture, shaded terraces, and luminous interiors invite moments of shared joy and serenity. Beyond its tranquil embrace, endless adventures await—sailing, diving, art, and the charm of Provençal villages. More than a residence, Villa La Guettière is a celebration of Riviera living, where natural beauty and refined simplicity exist in perfect harmony.

Art & Design
The villa’s restoration was masterfully overseen by architect Luc Svetchine, honoring the legacy of his father André, who first renovated the estate in the 1970s. Inside, designer Comtesse Bergit Gräfin Douglas of MM Design Frankfurt has created an atmosphere of refined intimacy. Contemporary furnishings and natural materials; wood, linen, rattan, blend harmoniously with a serene palette of beige, sage, and deep blue, echoing the nearby sea. Each detail, from bespoke furniture to curated artworks, contributes to a sense of warmth and sophistication, offering guests a haven of comfort, beauty, and timeless Riviera elegance.
Villa La Guettière is a composition of distinct volumes that merge harmoniously, sharing the same destiny and stylistic approach, evoking an authentic Provençal hamlet.
