Kelly Wearstler reinvents Alpine dining
For her first European hotel project, renowned designer Kelly Wearstler has transformed L’Apogée Courchevel’s dining spaces. Inspired by Brutalist architecture and the French Alps, she created sculptural interiors where dark stone, alpine woods, and natural fabrics harmonize. Each space blends elegance, authenticity, and comfort, celebrating alpine luxury.

Epicurean escapes
In a warm and elegant atmosphere, enjoy a culinary journey celebrating exceptional meats – Kobe Beef, Black Angus, and Wagyu – perfectly cooked and paired with signature mashed potatoes and sauces. The menu also features beloved dishes: crispy Croque Sando, Beefy Cordon Bleu, Wagyu pappardelle, and refined street food like Mini Smashed Burgers, Bao Buns, and Crab Tacos.
