Pastry Chef Maxence Barbot unveils his new Tea Time, an intimate and refined take on this iconic Parisian ritual. In the warm ambiance of Café Antonia, he reinvents the art of the French afternoon tea with his own subtle and personal elegance. The seasons guide his creations, the ingredients dictate his movements, and the magic of the Bristol Paris does the rest.
My approach to pastry is sincere and indulgent, creative and deeply rooted in the seasons, while fully embracing the soul and heritage of this iconic house.

Meet Maxence Barbot
Originally from Brittany, Maxence Barbot graduated from École Hôtelière de la Guerche, and honed his skills in some of the most prestigious Parisian palaces. His approach, combining aesthetics and balance of flavour, brings a breath of fresh air and modernity, driven by his ambitious aspirations.

Our menus
The Afternoon Tea at Bristol Paris consists of three stages: savory bites, a pre-dessert, and a selection of pastries, accompanied by a glass of champagne or a non-alcoholic sparkling drink. It is served daily at Café Antonia.
