As part of Oetker Hotels’ Voices of Change series, we highlight our commitment to sustainability through Les Ateliers du Bristol, where tradition meets mindful craftsmanship. From our in-house flour mill and pasta atelier to our partnership with BE WTR, we’re reducing waste and saving 25 tonnes of CO₂e annually—one thoughtful step at a time.
