Are children allowed at Palacio Tangara?
All ages are welcome at Palácio Tangará. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time at Palácio Tangará is 3 PM and check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated and are subject to charge.
Is Palacio Tangara dog friendly?
Yes, Palácio Tangará welcomes dogs. One dog of up to 25 kilos (55 pounds) is allowed in the Prestige Room Terrace category, and up to two dogs of 25 kilos (55 pounds) each are allowed in the Superior Suite Terrace and Deluxe Suite categories. All rooms that accommodate pets are located on the ground floor and are subject to availability.
Does Palacio Tangara have a pool?
Palácio Tangará has a semi-Olympic outdoor pool bathed in natural light and a heated indoor pool.

Is it allowed to take photos at Palácio Tangará?
We allow personal photo sessions by prior arrangement, exclusively from Monday to Wednesday. To hold a photoshoot, it is necessary to rent a room, and the room category will be defined according to the size of the team, which is limited to a maximum of six people. Please note that the capture of photos and/or videos for commercial or promotional purposes — including brand or product promotion — is strictly prohibited in all areas of the hotel. The gym is open 24 hours every day and features modern equipment from Technogym - Exclusive for guests.
What are the opening times of the Spa?
