Personal training
Our sports experts and personal trainers will draw up an individual programme that is fun to follow. A wide array of activities includes: running, Nordic walking, aqua fitness, hiking, strength and flexibility training, weight management, back exercises, medical training therapy, cardio training and innovative vibration training.

Group Programme
Group training is the perfect way to discover new activities and challenge your own limits, encouraged by the other participants. We offer circuit training in the private park when the sun is shining, or in one of our private fitness areas during the colder season. Groups can be as small as two people.
