FITNESS CONSULTATIONS

In the fitness room or the privacy of your villa, push your limits in a positive atmosphere with a coach who is both caring and demanding. Private coaching, Pilates, dance, aquatraining… each session awakens the body and energizes the mind.

Rodrigo

Rodrigo is passionate about sports, always eager to learn and compete. A professional Olympic wrestler turned coach, he has trained with top athletes worldwide. CrossFit and triathlon keep his training dynamic - the body.

Jordan

Jordan lives for sports. A member of the French National Team for over ten years and 12-time French Champion in Judo and Sambo, he combines performance and nutrition expertise - passionate about the impact of wellness.
